12PM Mon Ami black and white polka dot dress tunic

Gorgeous dress by 12 PM by Mon Ami in black with white polka dots. Super soft and comfy. Cowl neck with chunky white button. Sleeves and neck have white fabric on the inside so can be rolled down to create a bit on contrast. Can also be used as a tunic and worn with leggings which was my preference. So cute. I got tons of compliments on this!
