12th Tribe Cut Out Maxi Dress

It looks like a disaster on the hanger but I promise it’s cute. High neck, ties in the back, very flowy and silky. Literally never worn. Website said it was emerald, but tbh I feel like it’s more of a blue/green turquoise color. Up for debate, but it’s pretty!
