juliehuynhx @erinhuffman73 sounds good honey. With everything going on right now, and being laid off work. I’m willing to take the lowest offer of $550. Which is way lower then I wanted to do since it was recently appraised for $2300. Let me know if you’d be interested in doing that. If you have Merc, I can list it on there for $500.
