14K GF “In The Arena” Shield necklace

Handmade necklace by me as a tribute to the famous Thomas Jefferson speech “The Man In The Arena” (in my opinion it can be man or woman in the arena). Having a special needs son I gravitated towards this speech as a way of describing the grit, grace, determination, passion, love and badge of honor as his Mother. The shield represents any warrior’s protection and courage in whatever their fight is. The Shield, Chain, Jump rings is all 14K Gold Filled. The shields I use are custom cut and my materials come from a top of the line supplier. This shield can be worn in the shower, working out, swimming but like anything you wear all the time needs to be wiped off with a polishing cloth or cleaned once in awhile (just to make it super bright and shiny again). I’ve measured the necklace as you can see in photos. For now it is a one of a kind piece but I may make more after the holidays. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for stopping by my shop.
