14K Solid Gold Italy Birthstone Couple Charm or Pendant- 2.2 Grams

A lovely little birthstone dangle couple in 14k gold. Features peridot, pink tourmaline, amethyst and CZ stones. Peridot represents August and tourmaline, October, but would still be super cute even if these aren’t your birthstones. The bail is stamped Italy and 14k, but the 14k is pretty illegible. Acid tests 14k as well. I am unsure if the stones are lab or natural. The arms and legs are 14k ball chains that dangle and dance when it moves. Measures approx 1 1/8”, including bail, and weighs 2.2 grams. Pre-owned, excellent condition.
