It is size 7 and weighs 4.1 grams. 1ct Aquamarine and Sapphire with 0.03ct diamond flower. It is hallmarked CID 14K Thailand. Thailand is known for their sapphire jewlery and CID is the hallmark for Jewelry Maker Clyde Duneier, Inc. of New York. This mark was first trademarked in 1991 and was cancelled by 1997.
