14K white gold pink Cz necklace charm

This is a cute little charm set in 14k with a nice sparkly pink CZ and a tiny chip which I believe is a diamond above it ( I can not confirm this) The 14k stamp was likely removed as the person who gave this to me had it made for a a certain chain. I have had it for year and it’s barely oxidized, and was purchased a reputable jewelry store in NY. Some light wear from use. Very cute and unique piece!
