14k Gold Heart Necklace

Reposhing this item purchased from @buynoww. I don’t believe the brand is LOTUS, but the item came packaged in this box (and will be sent to purchaser in the same box). "Made in Italy, 14K 1758 AR" is stamped on the clasp. (Tried to get a good close up of the clasp. See photos.) I researched this and it appears 1758 is the trademark/hallmark of the factory in Italy that made the piece of jewelry, and AR stands for Arezzo, the city in Italy where the factory is located. Upon further investigating, appears the factory/manufacturer is Golden Clef International S.P.A. Chain measures 18" long. Heart itself measures approximately 0.5" at top (widest part) and approximately 0.75" long. Heart can be worn facing with the point down, or by moving the 0-rings around on the heart, can also be worn as a sideways necklace. Purchased for $449 from @buynoww, but willing to consider offers if you’re interested in this item. Thank you.
