14k Ruby & Diamond Heart Ring Size 5.5

This listing is for a wonderful ring that features a pear-shaped ruby set into a cluster of round brilliant cut diamonds into a heart shape as shown in the photos. Ring is crafted of solid 14k yellow gold (hallmarked 14k) with a polished finish and cast manufacture. Rubies are the birthstone for July. The ring weighs 2.15 grams and is hallmarked "14k" on the inside of the band. Currently a size 5.5 but can be resized by any reputable local jeweler.
