14k Ruby and Diamond Ring Size 8

This listing is for a fantastic ring crafted of solid 14k yellow gold and featuring a marquise cut ruby surrounded by 12 round cut diamonds. Includes a total of 6 (3 on each side) marquise cut rubies counter sunk into the side shank as shown in the photos. The top ruby measures approximately 7 x 4 mm. Crafted of solid 14k yellow gold the total weight is approximately 4.48 grams. Hallmarked on the inside of the band "LGL 14k". Rubies are the birthstone for July. Currently a size 8 but can be resized by any reputable local jeweler.
