14k White Gold Natural Round Ruby and Diamond Accent Ring Size 7 New Up for sale is a brand new ladies gemstone and diamond ring. This ring has never been worn and still has the $596 tags on it. Set in the center of the ring is a small natural round ruby. The ruby measures 5mm and is securely set with four prongs. The gemstone has a medium cherry red color. It is surrounded by a white gold hexagon shape detail. There are two small diamonds set in each section. The total diamond weight is 0.10 ct twt. The diamonds are surrounded by a milgrain border. It has a shiny high polished band that would be easy to size up or down. The setting measures 7/16" across the center and the ruby sits 1/4" off of your finger.
