grimsleysjewels @lehuat This is solid 14k gold as stated in the listing. We’re an actual jewelry store. We don’t carry anything gold plated unless it’s costume jewelry or something we’ve bought for our under $50 display case. All of our listings will state the exact purity of gold, type of gem, and if it’s genuine or lab created. Since we’re a jewelry store, we have to follow regulations and selling something gold plated as solid gold would constitute fraud.

mariannelou does the stone go all the way to the bottom of the setting? and do you charge to make it a different size?

grimsleysjewels @mariannelou You can see the depth of the stone in the 7th photo. It goes down pretty far in the setting, but not all the way down. Some room has to be left so light can get in. No, we don’t charge for sizing as long as it’s just a couple of sizes (if we have to size a 14k gold ring from a 5 to a 10, we do charge for the amount of gold we have to add).
