14k citrine and black onyx Pendant

This is an incredible pendant from Italy. It is polished 14k gold and features one antique cut 11 x 14mm citrine in bezel setting. Along the citrine in a matte finish is a design of two people. At the very top of the pendant is one round 8mm cabachon cut black onyx in bezel setting. Approximate weight is .20ct and total citrine weight is approximately 1.60ct. Pendant measures 2-1/2” x 7/8”. Stamp inside 14k Italy. Does not include the necklace.
