14k gold Pearl ring with diamond chips

The band is 14k gold, 2 millimeters wide. 8 genuine diamond chips, 4 on each side. I cannot be sure if the pearl is genuine, but I know the diamond chips are. This ring was given to me by my grandparents when I was 14. It is simply too small for me now and I don’t have a kid to pass it on to. It is something smaller than a size 6, probably 5 1/2 or 5 3/4.
