Hi Barbara, I sold you my necklace yesterday. I have the package all set to go however, I am having trouble getting my shipping label from Poshmark. I have been a member for a very long time and have never had this happen. I have sent 4 requests to any information they could enlighten me with…still waiting. I will update you as soon as I hear back from support. Frustrating to say the least. Sorry. Hopefully this will resolve today.

@volskybarbara50 Barbara, I think I have to wait until tomorrow for their answer. The correspondence they sent me said, they will get back to me within 24 hours. I can’t imagine they would want to delay this in anyway considering fast shipping is so important. Thank you for your understanding and I will be in touch as soon as I hear. So sorry about this.

@kathi115 hi, the POSHMARK wrote to me that tay have to work with you about the problem of shipping label. Did they contact you? If not try again to write to them describing the problem that you can not send without shipping label.

@volskybarbara50 I have already had 4 tries at shipping label issue….nothing has prompted them to release it. They asked for my license for identification- mind you, I have been a member since 2015 and a top seller and ambassador but none of that seems to matter. I have given them absolutely everything they have asked for. I will try yet again to ask them in the way you describe. Thank you. Wish me luck.

@volskybarbara50 they sent another email specifically telling me what they need. They tell me I can’t have a PO Box but that has been my address for 32 years. I gave them my 911 address as well but now the app says I used all my chances to correct it and I have to wait until tomorrow? I then sent them my “I am done” letter. I honestly have no idea what to do.

One more thing, I just sold another item. Now I have two buyers who deserve the items they purchased. I guess they are going to make me wait another day to try again. Barbara, I totally understand if you want to cancel. This is beyond embarrassing and definitely not how I roll. I apologize for this. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
