This is an original, custom made pear ring. 22.4 grams of 14k, $1376.72 in gold weight alone, makes this a weighty piece. One white 14mm pearl and one 13 mm gray pearl. The design represents 2 eggs in a nest. The design doesn’t snag or catch delegate fabric. This was owned by my mother, who was a foreign diplomat. It was worn to many Embassy and diplomatic functions (if those pearls could talk)
