14k moissanite diamond engagement ring

Heavy and thick 14k yellow gold band moissanite engagement ring. This is vintage and inside there’s engraved but i can’t make out what is says. Authentic moissanite looks like more than 3carat. The pics don’t do justice. It’s looks amazing in person. size 7 1/2.
