14k rose and white hold open hearts ring

I was told it was the Meira T collection when purchased from a jeweler but don’t know how to verify this. The jeweler carried a lot of Meira T jewelry and have no reason to doubt this jeweler but I am not an expert on designer jewlery. I had sizer balls installed to make ring a size five. All the balls are solid 14k white gold. This is a very expensive way (because you have to add gold) to size a ring but maintains the integrity of the ring . There is a lot of room to make this ring larger.
