rwebman @karlaswan849 Yes. Macy’s. Saks off fifth Nordstrom’s. Belk. Never from Effy itself. About two weeks after purchase the certificate comes in the mail with all the information about the piece.

rwebman @jillmariecloset Macy’s automatically sends it so if you want to upgrade. Every piece of le vian and effy I always get authentic and value in the papers from them. It is easier to sell them. Thankd

jillmariecloset @rwebman Thank you for that information I’ve never received anything from them. I have also bought directly from Effy and they told me I can only upgrade pieces I bought directly from Effy not from the department stores. If you have other information on that I would really like to know about it. I just bought some jewelry from Effy last week and they told me I couldn’t upgrade my Macy’s pieces.
