14k sterling natural sapphire and diamond necklace

this is a vintage 14k over solid sterling silver authentic natural 10 sapphire and authentic diamond necklace in perfect condition. this needs a cleaning and polishing and I will do that before shipping apon purchase and it will be like brand new so the condition is perfect . this ring has deep blue multiple sapphires and diamonds around a round pendant the size of a nickel.
