Simulated diamonds, aka CZ, give you the brilliance and feel of diamonds at a fraction of the cost—and no one will know the difference! Although the ring has been worn only by me, and very sparingly, the stone is pristine and the ring itself shows no discernible flaws or scratches. Total weight including the CZ is 4.04 grams.
