14kt white gold/diamonds Michele watch vintage

Real 14kt gold vintage Michele windup watch with 8 diamonds total. Not sure of karats. Knob on watch came off recently and needs to be replaced. So not sure the windup mechanism was disturbed by this but I'm sure a jeweler could check and fix if needed but still the knob would have to be replaced. Name brand is Michele.
