15 Pink tutus!

Made for a bachelorette party but could be used for anything... They are made with a strand of light pink tulle so it's easy to find the bow to tie and untie and then strands of hot pink tied to the light pink.. You can adjust the size this way but I would say they fit a xs/small/med waist the best... You will need to fluff them to get the "poof" back haha had a ton of fun of these... White skirt NOT included. Cost us over $100 to make.
