16-inch Rose Quartz Beaded Necklace from 1950s

Beautiful pastel pink and lustrous rose quartz beads fill this 16-1/2 inch vintage necklace. The polished perfectly round beads graduate from 4mm up to 10mm in the center. The beads are in great condition and vary in their shades of pretty pinks. For extra security, it has been restrung with a nylon cord, but retains the original silver plated box-style, and marked "Japan." I believe it is from the early 1950s - post war Japan. Rose Quartz is also called the Love Stone. It is said to promote fertility, friendship, beauty and inner healing. It is a comfortably fitting choker length to compliment your neck. N-042
