16mm 10.5 inch metal reel with can

This is a vintage 16mm free. There is a good deal of rust around the edge of the can. The film on the reel is "free" as it has vinegar syndrome and pretty much trashed--unless somebody wants to try and view it. It was an educational film called "When The Wind Blows."
