174 Ivy Striped Blue and White Faux Wrap Dress. Very stretchy under the bust. See pictures for measurements. I would say it fits a small and medium. The faux wrap has about 2 inches where you can tighten and tie for a better fit. There are adjustable straps as well. Great condition!
