1775 Dress

This beautiful blue dress is long and flowy. Sheer top with a blue underlining. It comes with a belt so can be worn several ways....fitted, lose, or tied. Please see pics as I tried to show them all! The front and back if dress come to a point at the bottom. The straps are very cute as well!
