The flowers have clear stones in the center. Very fluid and lays flat. Does not flip. There are matching earrings in a separate ad. Blue felt is for display only. No Box. Update: There is no marking of Sterling Silver or Pewter or what this necklace is made of. Only a makers mark of “Cj”. It has never tarnished in 15 years. A quality piece. I do keep all my “Silver” in tarnish retardant, air tight containers.

rkmartinez @ddko hello. I don’t see a marking on it or the earrings. Just “Cj; the makers name. It could be Pewter. I’m not sure. I have had it for many years and it has never tarnished. I can’t remember where I bought it from. Sorry!!
