188 West vintage 90's black suede skirt

Vintage suede skirt in decent condition, with some wear considering it's age. Needs to be dry cleaned as it has some dirty spots on it, see photos. Lining is in great condition without rips and zipper works. There is a tiny tear right above the split in the back, hardly noticeable but see photo (right inside the sewn 'triangle' outline).
