Beautiful 1887 British Crown sterling silver necklaces. The Crown is a high grade Uncirculated coin, only 173,000 coins produced that year. The coin was struck to mark the 50th anniversary of Queen Victoria’s reign. The necklaces setting for the coin is sterling silver and so is the 34 inch chain. One side of the coin shows Queen Victoria the reverse side a magnificent design of St. George on horseback slaying the dragon. Total weight of necklaces is 49 grams, coin diameter Is 38.6 mm.
