msmeem @janetholloman1 hey be VERY careful buying Chanel costume jewelry online, if you can’t see every letter in the cartouche ask for a better pic! I’ve seen more fake ones for sale than real ones! It’s so sad🥺,make sure backs aren’t flat then posts, clips are curved& make sure 2000’s forward are crisp laser inscribed! So many Knock offs they’re getting authenticated!🤦🏻‍♀️🙄

msmeem @janetholloman1 also no sharp corners always smooth & rounded, the backs are built up some & usually have indentations on the backs never smooth & flat. Pay close attention to every font on the cartouche! I’ve seen “Made in Frace”, seen N’s backward or letters that are totally illegible! Fake ones are dipped in a mold not laser inscribed like authentic👍🏼😊

janetholloman1 @msmeem the ones I saw were custom. Not Chanel and not online. I found them at an antique mall. They were much nicer than Chanel . I did not purchase them , at $1800. I’m not in the running!

janetholloman1 @msmeem don’t get me wrong , I like the Chanel asthetic but Chanel is overpriced for costume period. I’d rather have an inspired in gold and diamonds as Chanel SHOULD be. Some of it is just as much money either way!

msmeem @janetholloman1 I wholeheartedly against any counterfeits, they drive the price up with inferior items not to mention the deception .. it’s a huge billion plus $ prob, nothing ethical about it. I’d rather have real gold vs base metal at gold prices lol that’s what I find insane at least Ya have an investment grade item w/ appreciating value with real gold. I’d rather just have real gold jewelry any day 👍🏼😊

krazykristy Wow authentic I haven’t seen these in a real long time rare . All you see if you see them at all are fakes and these are real please don’t sell these . If I can afford them by the end of buying my new suv I will be back to purchase because I will be one person who will say if you ever want to repurchase them from me I will let you this is a hard thing to let go of and I can’t see you doing this .
