18k 925 dot half hoop earrings

Vintage 18k Yellow gold dots surrounded by 925 sterling silver curls,hearts, and swirls in a half hoop earring. The makers mark is difficult to read, so I took different photos in bright and low light. I am unable to read the mark. I am not a professional jeweler but am happy to answer any questions prior to purchasing. These earrings have been professionally polished, but may have areas of tarnish typical of silver.
