The inside of the ring looks like it’s imprinted with 18k GE .. was difficult to capture on photos. It is gold toned so likely is gold plated. I do not know if the stones or the pearl is real or fake. Likely faux. The gold plating on the back of the band looks somewhat removed/ tarnished. Nothing seems loose in the setting.
