18k Vintage Sapphire & Diamond Vine Ring 💙

Beautiful vintage 18k solid yellow gold blue sapphire & diamond vine wrap ring 💙 There are approximately 2cts of marquise natural sapphires along w/a row of natural diamonds at the bottom. The ring is vintage and the gold is a bit tarnished which I love! However, if you’d like it polished prior we can do so for $40 on top of the final agreed price. The ring is a size 7 but is not soldered in the middle so there’s little give in the ring and it will accommodate an 8 or even larger. It just depends on how open you want it. However, it fits a 7 very well ♥️ Stamped 18k & has been tested via a Niton Metal Analyzer. It will come with a nice black ring box. Thank you! ♥️
