ohthatscute3 @suzyq3kids yes I'm sure you can have it sized for him. 18K HGE means that an item is electroplated with 18 karat gold, where HGE stands for "High Grade Electroplate". This is a very thin layer of gold bonded to a base metal. So it isn't solid 18 kt Gold but it is Plated with 18kt Gold.
