18kt white gold Vintage Brooch

This 1920s-30s vintage piece is in EXCELLENT condition and absolutely gorgeous. The brooch was designed in 18kt white gold and stamped with the designer Hallmark ‘B’ (see photos for stamps). There are 5 x round old European cut diamonds (color G-H, clarity SI1) and 2 x beautiful French cut baguette blue sapphires. The brooch weighs (with stones): 3.2 DWT 5.1 G Length: just under 3”
