Gorgeous, Vintage Natural Ruby & Genuine diamonds on 18kt yellow gold ring. In great vintage condition & a hard to find item on 18kt solid gold with genuine diamonds & natural Ruby reasonably priced. Looking for a ring with all the features is hard to find & goes for approximately $1500 or more. Stamped inside is 18kt & T & C. Research on the hallmark came up with two possible makers. First is Tiffany & Co. The second is Town & Country. Both truly exceed in fine jewelry.
