18m NWOT Sailor Dress/Hat/Bloomers

NWOT 18 month pleated sailor dress, never worn. Comes from a pet-free and smoke-free home. Comes with matching bloomers and sailor cap, which has approx 1-inch area with elastic for slightly bigger fit if needed. This is an adorable outfit that my daughter outgrew before wearing.
