cleanstone @erikapurdy Hi - 30+yrs antique experience. “Germany” marking only occurred in periods - intl marking agreements1877 - 1939, & after re-unification 1990. From end WW2 1945 - 1990, marked either West or East Germany (GDR). Style is Art Nouveau 1900 - 1920’s. After, German crafts Bauhaus / Deco / “industrial” modernism. Wear & patina indicative of age.. Delta Zeta marking indicates intended market. Silver Baskets popular sorority gifts end WWI - late 1920s. Thanks for interest!
