1920s Black Velvet & Ruffle Flapper Dress

This is quite a gem of a dress! 1920s flapper style dress by Lee Jordan New York. No size tag. However, fits like a small. I purchased it off of Etsy 10 years ago for a 1920s themed New Years Eve party. Decided its time to let it go. It's still in great condition! Just some minor fraying of velvet at front right neckline (see photo), but not real noticeable. Only wore it once. Not sure of its original origin or when it was made. Dry clean only.
