1920’s Cellulose and Soutache Purse!

A most adorable vintage/antique purse. Adorned with soutache and made with a very ornate and cool cellulose frame. It’s in very good condition. The inside lining could use a push back into the frame and there’s a tiny hole on the outside. It’s so, so cute, puffy, and charming.
