Handkerchief style with fluttering square cute sleeves, and an open waist trimmed in white. This piece has a tie under either sleeve, which is open at the bottom, as the shirt is open on either side. there is a few stitches that connect either side together, along with the ribbon. Excellent condition, fabric is thin and sheer — delicate by nature. There is some fraying at the bottom of the ribbon accent, and a few spots where the stitching on the sleeve has been mended.
