Decent condition! 1920's 'flapper' style black dress with gold sequin design. Very elegant and flattering. Cami strap is adjustable. Polyester material. Fringed design under sequins. Some fringes show wear/wash but not noticeable. Wore to a costume party along with a headpiece and worked like a charm!
