1920s style Flapper Dress

This is a beautiful sequined black dress, with fringe at the bottom. I originally bought it to wear to a 1920s themed New Years Eve Party, but ended up wearing something else instead. It’s brand new with the tags still on, and has never been worn. It would make for a great Flapper costume! The tag says it’s a size medium (6-8), but I think it fits more like a small!
