J. Peterman Co. late 1920s - 1930s style dress. Size XXS but would fit an S due to the loose shape. Max bust 34", max waist 33", hip is free. Length is 41". The dress is made from a lovely, lightweight, nearly sheer red cotton. Sheer lace yoke and full skirt with flounces at the hips. All seams are French seams.
