What is the bust size? Does it stretch?

@mac_rosanne I’m not completely sure of the bust size. I originally went up in size because I wasn’t sure if my daughter could fit it. She could’ve went down a size. She weighs about 140 and she is about 5’5 wearing a size 6-8 normally.
