1930's Style Balloon Sleeve Custom Made Formal Dress Appears Unworn!

This is a magnificent dress! Modern made but in a 1930's style! Those amazing balloon sleeves are to-die-for! This dress was custom-made and does not have any tags or labels. It has a stunning bright navy-blue background with an enormous flower print design on the fabric. I think the fabric is a ribbed acetate that is similar to taffeta but am not positive of the exact fiber content. There is NO stretch whatsoever in the fabric weave. Reverse zipper closure. Reverse center slit. The neckline has a boat collar shape that has a very subtle curve on the front as well as the reverse side. Condition is excellent! It does not appear to have been worn!
