My grandfather George Otto Staub was the owner of a American Brass/ Bronze foundry in Brooklyn,, NY. He graduated from Pratt Institute in NY. 1921. He made 2 Piggy Banks for my beloved Father Gordon Anthony Staub, he then broke the mold. He made many pieces for my Grand Mother Lamps, Vases and Candle Holders, etc. Some of his work is in the Thomas Edison Museum in West Orange NJ and within the Macy's Clock, NYC. Due to a Heart Attack, he had to sell his business. He was truly an awesome Grand Father. I used the bank as a doorstop my sister has the other bank
