1930s ivory silk and lace maxi dress XS

Vintage ivory silk bias cut maxi dress with lace v neck. V neckline in front and back. Back has scalloped edge detail. Self belt tie waist. Condition: The lace banding at the empire waist have small holes in the netting close to the side edges where the wait meets the belt ties. There are 3 spots on the fabric that appear to have been mended, one hole that has not been mended and two tiny dark spots.
