1930s velvet wrap with balloon sleeves s

1930s black silk velvet balloon sleeve jacket. Fabric feels very luxurious and has a slight sheen. Wrap front with snap closures. Irresistible label “The Paris Box, Caramel by the Sea”. Meant to hang loosely, best for size small. Drop Waist is 31” ; the coat closed with 3 snaps that could be moved. (The coat is a cropped length so that waist measurement is across the very bottom, 19” from shoulder.) The bust drapes, so it is forgiving, but is approximately 40”.
